Personalised Sessions - ONLINE

Based on the 3-fold Holistic Stress Management concept, these personalised sessions are adapted to suit your priorities. Join me in the online guest room to find out how to reduce your stress level and increase your quality of life.

I recommend a minimum of five 1-hour sessions, starting with an in-depth assessment of your individual situation and stress drivers. The following four sessions will provide you with a deeper understanding of how nutrition, natural remedies and/or relaxation techniques can be used to improve your well-being.

Sessions can be scheduled between 8.00 and 21.00 hrs.

I use Wire ("the most secure collaboration platform") for fully encrypted video calls and chats. The guest room can be accessed through a simple but secure weblink - no download or installation of software required.

All in-house training sessions and face-to-face workshops have currently been suspended. Online presentations can be arranged on demand.

Holistic Stress Management Workshops
(Duration between 4 and 7 hours)

Holistic Stress Management workshops offers chance to discover your personal stress drivers. Practical exercises explore relaxation techniques and the use of simple natural aides for stress relief. You will learn which nutrients are the key to reducing the physical effect of stress and how to include them in your daily meals.

The content of each workshop can be tailored to suit client preferences.

Group presentations are a good way to gain a quick insight into the nature of Holistic Stress Management or in preparation of individual follow-up sessions.

This presentation explores the effects of stress on body, mind and emotions, the steps leading to a burnout, as well as internal stress triggers.

Holistic Stress Management - Part2: Nutrition
The role of nutrition in stress management and stress prevention; critical nutrients in times of stress; healthy options for snacks or fast meals with recipes.

Holistic Stress Management - Part3: Relaxation
A selection of relaxation techniques that can be easily used in an office environment, including conscious breathing, stretching and office yoga.

Holistic Stress Management - Part4: Natural aides
This presentation provides an insight into natural remedies, such as adaptogens, essential oils and herbal teas that can be helpful when dealing with stress. It also shows the benefits of Bach Flower essences to balance the emotions.
